Shipping & Refund Policy
All the pieces that are listed on our website/ e-shop will be shipped as soon as the full payment is received.
Normal dispatch time for listed pieces, that are available in stock, after the order is placed and considering that it does not require any personalization or customization, is 5-7 business days.
Thereafter, it should take approximately 7 days to reach you.
This is subject to normal operating conditions, if there are any changes to the above, we'll get in touch with you as soon as you place the order.
Returns & exchanges
Returns will be gladly accepted under specific conditions as listed below:
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
A 15% transaction cost will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Amount will be refunded once we receive the jewelry piece in the original condition that it was sent. A jewelry piece, if it has been re-sized, any stone replaced or any other alteration made to the piece will not be eligible for return. If we do receive a return piece, which has been altered in any way, we will not be able to process the return request and the re-shipping cost of the piece will have to be borne by the customer.
In case of any return or exchange, the customer shall be responsible for paying the return courier charges and any duties (import or otherwise) that may be incurred.
Important: Returns or cancellation on customized orders will not be accepted. We will ensure that every piece that is customized is made in accordance with the client’s requirements, but return or exchange of a customized piece or cancellation of the order mid-way through the transaction will not be possible.
