   • Cardmembers are required to contact Aurus Jewels customer care and share the invoice details (order number and confirmation they paid via eligible American Express card) with them to avail the complimentary gift. Cardmembers may visit dedicated landing page (for American Express cardmembers) or Aurus Jewels website to browse through jewellery which cardmember would want as complimentary benefit. Once cardmember has selected jewellery of his/her choice, Aurus customer care will share a payment link (in case if the value of the jewellery is more than the complimentary gift value) with cardmember to make the payment for balance payable.
   • Spend Range 1: Buy jewellery worth between Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 5,00,000 and get a complimentary gift worth Rs 50,000. If the Cardmember is eligible for complimentary gift worth Rs 50,000, they can choose one or more items amounting to a total of Rs. 50,000 (inclusive of taxes)
   • Spend Range 2: Buy jewellery worth between Rs 5,00,000 to Rs 10,00,000 and get a complimentary gift worth Rs 70,000. If the Cardmember is eligible for complimentary gift worth Rs. 70,000, they can choose one or more items amounting to a total of Rs. 70,000 (inclusive of taxes)
   • Spend Range 3: Buy jewellery worth Rs 10,00,000 and above and get a complimentary gift worth Rs 1,00,000. If the Cardmember is eligible for complimentary gift worth Rs. 1,00,000, they can choose one or more items amounting to a total of Rs. 1,00,000 (inclusive of taxes)
   • Eligible Cards: Centurion and Platinum only
     
   • In case the product chosen is of a higher value than the eligible complimentary gift value, the balance will be payable by Cardmember as per actuals. Aurus will share a payment link with cardmembers for the balance payment.
   • If Cardmember chooses to get something that is lower than the complimentary gift value (Rs. 50000 or Rs. 70000 or Rs. 100000) then the balance is not redeemable.
